The spread of the Coronavirus pandemic has not only isolated many but has also put many at risk in the developing economies of dying of hunger. Though we would like to help across as many countries as we can, currently our Covid-19 relief efforts are limited to Bangladesh due to a number of factors.
You donated to us your Sadaqatul Fitr this Ramadan along with other donations. With your help, we distributed food parcels amongst the needy people around Bangladesh. TIH managed to give away food parcels to families across Dhaka, Chittagong (Brahmanbria and Cumilla), and Sylhet while they were observing Ramadan in Covid-19 Lockdown.
Currently these crises are rapidly evolving and the situation is further worsened by Cyclone Amphan killing many and leaving tens of thousands homeless.
We have also managed to build 8 Tube Wells with project-specific donations.
